Sainsbury’s have chosen us as their charity during their 150 year anniversary, 150 hours of community initiative.
A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who generously gave food to our Sainsbury’s Supermarket Collection on Saturday 29th June 2019.
We collected an amazing 813.3kg of vital food items. This was the largest supermarket donation we have ever collected in a single day.
Sainsbury’s have been working really hard in their support for us, with raffles and in store collections, as well as having a permanent collection point.
Money collected from the sale of second hand books is also being used to support Hinckley Area Foodbank, so if you want a book to read during the Summer holidays, have a browse on their stall by the checkouts.
